Recent Project

Perth Amboy Water Facilities

The City of Perth Amboy formed a public-private partnership with Middlesex Water Company for the efficient operation and maintenance of the City’s water and wastewater treatment and distribution facilities. The privatization also involved the Middlesex County Improvement Authority, as issuer of Utility System Revenue Bonds to finance a leasehold/franchise acquisition and capital improvements to the facilities.
