Charles Anthony Solimine, Associate

Charles Anthony (“Tony”) Solimine is an associate in the law firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. Mr. Solimine specializes in public finance, serving as Bond Counsel and Underwriter’s Counsel to various school districts, municipalities, fire districts and other parties of a public financing transaction.

Mr. Solimine received his Juris Doctorate in May 2003 from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, his Ed.M. degree in May 2000 from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and his B.A. degree in history from Rutgers University, Rutgers College in May 1999. Mr. Solimine is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Solimine is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Further, he has lectured before numerous state professional organizations in the area of school finance.

Finally, Mr. Solimine is a former member of the Hawthorne Board of Education.
