McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. Closes $29,385,465 in Bonds Through the 2010 New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program

Today, McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. clients closed $29,385,465 in general obligation and revenue bonds through the 2010 New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program. The Financing Program annually offers below market interest rate loans to municipalities, authorities and other entities for water and wastewater improvements, environmental remediation and other water quality projects.

Participants included the Borough of Avalon, the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority, the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority, the Cumberland County Utilities Authority, the City of Hackensack and many others. Projects financed ranged from installation of force mains to rehabilitation of pump stations and other treatment facilities to acquisition of equipment.
